October things

1. I made this pretty garland. I think it really spruces up our kitchen.
2. We carved pumpkins on Wednesday night for Young Womens. The pumpkins Tyler and I bought to carve last week? They're still sitting in our kitchen, untouched.

If it seems like things have been a little quiet over here, that's because they kind of are. October has just zoomed by. It might as well be Christmas now. Am I right? We're loving the chilly weather and rain; it encourages lots of cuddling. ;) Too much? Bo has been taking advantage of the cooler temps and has been sneaking into our bed at night. I don't mind so long as he doesn't sleep on MY side. We've had every intention to carve those pumpkins, but just haven't gotten around to it. Maybe they'll just serve as decoration for Thanksgiving. We also haven't been to the corn maze or had any caramel apple cider. If things go my way, I plan on remedying that this week. Tyler's parents are here so we're soaking up all the time we can with them and enjoying all the German goodies they brought us.

We hope you all are having a happy and cozy October. And we wish you a happy (and safe) Halloween!
